Yet another contest! This is not the official monthly contest, we'll be starting August's once July's is finished. This is a special year-long contest.



Get your cameras ready stalkers, it's time to prove your stalking prowess and submit your "Stalker Portfolio"!

Here's what you do:

Each month, we'll give you a location. Draw your bishie in that location.

There's no examples, so be creative. Just make sure your bishie is in the location, with any special requirements for the month included.

Art may be colored, or black and white. It's up to you.

Remember, you're behind the camera, so you're not allowed inside the picture.




As usual, please involve only your bishie or bishies. If you have come to claim more than one while participating, you don't need to do a portfolio for both, but feel free to do one for each. If you want to do both, however, please realize they each need their own portfolio.

As always, it must be your original art; no screencaps, scans of official art, or asking others to do it for you. Come on now, don't be cheating.

You have one year to work on this, so please do not send us your submissions until August 2008. It seems like a long time away now... But it will come sooner than you think.

Each month, a location will be released in this journal. You don't need to complete the location in the month it's released, but it must be complete by the time the contest ends (August 2008) for the portfolio to be elligible. Name each entry in the collowing manner: "Bishie Stalker Portfolio __/0_" Change the date for each month. For example, August's would be "Bishie Stalker Portfolio 08/07."

If you are participating, send us the link to only your FIRST portfolio entry when you complete it. We will add them here as they come in.

As you add to your portfolio, include links to the later portfolio entries in the artist comments of your first portfolio entry. We want everyone to be able to see your subsequent porfolio additions as well.

Everyone who participates automatically gets THREE points when they send the link to the first portfolio addition. Additional points and information on prizes will be released as we draw nearer to the deadline.

This month we picked a random word from the dictionary and chose our location from that. Every bishie has slothing right, so the clothing store it is. Remember, his clothing choices must be in character.



Your bishie must be at a shop that would appear in their fandom, no crossovers or time adjustments.

There must be a "half-off" sign depicted somewhere in the store.

Your bishie must actually be holding a piece of clothing that he would normally wear.

Remember, if you're a good stalker, he doesn't know you're there until the camera clicks. Make him look natural.

That's right, we're starting with a simple, well know locale, school. All you do, catch your bishie doing something at school, but it must be in character for said bishie. So, for example, if you wanted your bishie to be playing soccer, but he wouldn't normally play sports, don't depict him playing soccer.



Your bishie must be at their school/the school featured in the fandom. No crossovers.

Your bishie does not need to currently be in school, or ever have been in school. Think of any time they would have been in school, even a training academy of sorts (like a naval academy). He's paying a special visit to said school for the purpose of your stalking.

Your bishie must be in his school's uniform. Or in the case of him not being currently in school, he needs to be in the fandom's school uniform. Any sort of uniform is alright, summer uniform, winter uniform, or a specific sport's uniform. Just make sure it's the accurate uniform for your fandom's school.

Remember, if you're a good stalker, he doesn't know you're there until the camera clicks. Make him look natural.
